1. Shipping and Delivery of Orders

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge the following shipping costs for delivery within Germany.

The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders within Germany – €3.90
  • Orders abroad – €8.90
  • Exceptions due to additional costs:
    • France – €14
    • Switzerland – CHF 17.90

Delivery time:
Delivery usually takes between two and four business days.

2. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card

During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

Amazon Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“Amazon”), you must be registered with Amazon, log in using your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by Amazon Pay within one banking day after placing the order.

Amazon Pay may offer additional payment methods to registered customers based on its own criteria. We have no influence over these options. Any additional payment methods are subject to your legal relationship with Amazon Pay. Further information can be found in your Amazon Pay account.

Apple Pay

To pay via Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, log in, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order. Further details are provided during checkout.

Google Pay

To pay via Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay activated, log in, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order. Further details are provided during checkout.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers.

Unless otherwise specified, Klarna payments require a successful address and credit check and are made directly to Klarna. Further details are provided during checkout.

Invoice via Klarna

The invoice amount is due 30 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.

Klarna may offer additional payment options to selected customers. We have no influence over these options.

Klarna Credit Card

You enter your credit card details during checkout. Your card is charged immediately by Klarna. No address or credit check is performed.

Klarna Direct Debit

You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you of the debit date (prenotification). The account will be debited after shipment.

Installment Purchase via Klarna

You can pay the invoice in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment is €6.95.

Klarna may offer additional installment options (e.g. interest-free plans) to selected customers. We have no influence over these.

PayPal

To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered, log in, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected customers. We have no influence over these options.

Sofort by Klarna
